Physical:  a) Consistent physical training, b) Ability to sit still for at least ½ hour, and c) Healthy, modest diet

Mental: a) Ability to focus, concentrate, and meditate, b) Ability to observe actions both inside and outside ourselves without judging, and c) Commitment to positive thinking

Spiritual: A belief that a)  A part of each of us is eternal, b) Things are the way they are supposed to be, and c) There is a life force that is accessible and helpful
